Traditional Tempeh with Red Quinoa
A delicious 3 day fermented superfood made with organic soya beans, starter culture and red quinoa. This traditionally produced and unpasteurised tempeh is high in protein, high in fibre, full of vitamins and minerals, and naturally gluten free.
This traditional tempeh will arrive to you frozen.
Defrost fully before cooking. Slice thinly and Marinade with soy sauce and maple syrup for a couple of minutes. Fry in oil for 2 minutes on each side, and then enjoy as a snack, in a sandwich, on a salad or in a wrap!
