Made with wild rosehips. Rosehips are high in Vitamin C and in wartime were given to children as a syrup to boost immunity. Like all of their jellies, it's made in small batches using apple as a natural gelling agent (pectin). Relatively sweet, it's the ultimate complement – balancing well with cheese, cold meats and the Sunday roast.
Heavenly Hedgerows' preserves are made in small batches by Chris, at her farmhouse in Keynsham. The ingredients are hand-picked from local hedgerows in a sustainable manner and with permission, and no commercial pectins or preservatives are used – just the fruit, the whole fruit and nothing but the fruit.
