Potted Beef with Horseradish
Local Cornish Beef is cooked slowly, shredded and potted with duck fat. It is then enhanced with the warming tang of horseradish.
Utterly delicious on a crusty farmhouse loaf with a robust malbec.
Store in a cool place. Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.
