A British beef steak & stilton pie.


British beef (25%), wheat flour (wheat, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, onion, stilton cheese (8%), identity preserved palm oil, carrot, red wine, cornflour, tomato puree, salt, polenta, yeast extract, Worcester sauce (water, spirit vinegar, cane molasses, tamarind paste, salt, onion powder, cayenne, garlic, clove), garlic, sugar, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), herbs, barley malt extract, leek, wheat protein, green peppercorn, mushroom, caramelised sugar, black pepper, flavouring, butter, rapeseed oil.

Cooking Instructions

Place the pie on a baking tray into a pre-heated oven.

180°C • 160°C fan • 350°F • Gas mark 4 for 25 minutes

Pieminister was born in 2003 when founders Jon and Tristan set up shop in Stokes Croft, Bristol. On day one they sold five pies, but word spread fast and after two weeks there was a queue out of the door.
