Dabinett & Yarlington Mill Naturally Sparkling Medium Dry Fine Cider
A blend of Dabinett (60%) & Yarlington Mill (40%) cider apples, sourced from Gregg's Pit home orchard in the village of Much Marcle, and another traditional standard orchard at Great Moorcourt Farm, both of which are located in the heart of Herefordshire.
Smooth, with low acidity & lightly bitter tail. Medium tannins, with toffee apple, butterscotch & phenolic notes. Matured in steel, fermented with wild yeasts, finished in bottle.
