Circumstantial Rye Miniature
This grain spirit is made from 51% rye and 49% malted barley. Fermented using mead and distillers yeasts for 11 days before being aged on English oak spindles and first fill boubon casks previously used to age Big Red Robe oolong tea leaves.
Tasting notes - A delicate and fresh rye. Lightly spiced summer apple cake with hints of violet flowers.
