Popti & Beast Butchers opened in the summer of 2017, in collaboration with a baker, and has fast become a focal point in St Werburghs. They specialise in grass-fed and organic meat. Moor Beer Company have been on the Bristol beer scene for over ten years, combining the best of the British, German and American West Coast brewing traditions. Led by California native Justin Hawke, the brewery is focused on progressive hop forward beers that are unfined, unfiltered and use specialty malts from small producers. They were the first to be accredited by CAMRA for real ale in a can, cask, keg and bottle, so nothing is lost in enjoying this at home. We call it ‘Modern Real Ale’, you will call it delicious.
Averys can trace its history back to 1793, but it was in the 1920s with Ronald Avery at the helm that Averys sailed to success. While other UK wine merchants bought wines from agents, Ronald made a point of travelling to wine estates to taste the wines with the winemakers. He was an excellent taster and by tasting in situ, he quickly discovered the best wines, producers and vintages. This culture continues to distinguish Averys as a fine wine merchant, which now delivers the goods straight to your door.

Taking a traditional approach to raising and grazing their small herd, the team behind Bath Soft Cheese Company take great pride in every step of the cheesemaking process. Being entirely organic, their artisan, handmade cheeses have won numerous awards, both nationally and internationally. You could say they’re kind of a big cheese in the field.
Blind Owl Coffee Co. is a Bristol-based collective of coffee lovers, baristas, and roasters. They started roasting in an old stable just outside of Bristol in 2016 but since then, their adventure with Ozzy – their beloved roasting machine – has only gotten better. After four years of hand-roasting, they’ve developed the ultimate coffees with the help of Bristol’s best coffee enthusiasts. Blind Owl Coffee only works with importers and suppliers who have a transparent supply chain and a clear line of sight to the farmers supplying the coffee – trust, transparency and integrity is what they're all about.
GingerBeard’s Preserves are all about making awesome tasting craft preserves that will get your taste buds singing out for more. The recipes use Ginger Beard's favourite beers, sourced from independent brewers as well as locally sourced produce, to create preserves that are forged to pair perfectly with a wide range of food and drink. For those of you who prefer their preserves without beer, there is a delicious traditional range to try out, but trust us – Ginger Beard's concoctions are fantastic, and we recommend you try them all!
